Description:
I am the CEO of PropertyHeads Group Limited, the company that owns and operates The Property Social Network.

I have always had a keen interest in property. It probably started in my early school days when I\'d \'help\' my father on building sites in the holidays. My initial interest in property refurbishment has morphed into a keen interest in property investment over the years. In my early career in finance I managed large portfolios of commercial property for institutional investor clients. But it wasn\'t until 2007 that I made my first property investment - in Berlin Germany! That worked well, and I have been involved in numerous investment property deals in the UK since 2011.

Today I live in a modern but fairly modest house in Essex with my young family and aspire to owning a holiday home on the beach somewhere hot. We have almost completed a landscaping project at home which I will post photos of here shortly. And now as the children grow, we\'re faced with the question - do we move (and pay offensive stamp duty to the government) or extend into the loft?
